GROUP COACHING

This purpose driven coaching program focuses on sustainable thinking and behaviour changes that are embedded and sustained across all Managers and Team Leaders. Through self-reflection, collaboration, and practical skill development, this program will work to enable leaders to individualise and target their own development, develop cohesiveness across functions and think strategically in order to build and lead an innovative high performing organisation.

A focal point of the group coaching process is to ensure the coaching creates a connection through peer accountability across group members. The exercises and activities are used in group settings early on to ensure members get to know each other and their roles within the organisation. To create diverse and strategic thinking within the group coaching sessions, common thinking biases and processes will be discussed. This will help to create visible peer accountability on commitments to improve their leadership in each group session topic, and use the iterative process of coaching to build consistent outcomes and performance.
