We have worked out the hard way how global and connected we really are, challenged by the disconnection of social distancing.
We are now all global leaders, as no one is left untouched by the global pandemic impacts.
There is an ongoing challenge for leaders in community, government, families and organisations to continue growing and learning while preserving and protecting our individual needs.
We need to learn, do and be different – collectively and individually – to lead our way above this adaptive challenge.
