Leadership feedback in the language of the Queensland public sector
Queensland's 2026 Leadership competencies set clear expectations for leaders at every level. Those expectations are organised around three themes: Vision, Results and Accountability. The Queensland Government Hogan 360 is a customised version of Hogan's respected 360 assessment, mapped directly to that framework. Leaders receive feedback from their manager, peers and direct reports in the same competency language their agency already uses for performance and development conversations.
This is for
Individual Leaders
Queensland public sector leaders who a want clear, credible picture of how they’re leading against the competencies, and a focused plan to grow
Agencies & HR/L&D Teams
Teams running leadership programs, coaching initiatives or capability reviews who need a consistent, framework-aligned measure across a cohort.
Feedback is structured around Vision, Results and Accountability and the 11 competencies within them. Results connect directly to the capability expectations your leaders are already working towards.
Aligned to the framework
Feedback leaders can act on
Leaders see how their everyday behaviour is experienced by the people around them. This makes clear which strengths to build on and which few behaviours will make the biggest difference.
When a leadership group completes the same assessment, agencies can see capability patterns across the cohort. This helps target development investment, and repeat assessments can show progress over time.
